Carroll Shelby is a legendary figure in the world of motorsport, making history as the only person to triumph in 24 Hours of Le Mans in three distinct roles. 

His remarkable journey began in 1959 when he took the wheel for Aston Martin, skillfully navigating the grueling race and showcasing his exceptional driving prowess.

But Shelby's contributions didn't stop there. In 1964, he shifted gears and turned his attention to manufacturing, leading the way with the iconic Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe. Under his guidance, the Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe competed and won the GT class of Le Mans. It didn't stop there as the Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe excelled, clinching victory in the World Manufacturer's Championship.

The excitement continued as he took on the role of team manager for the Ford GT40 program in 1966 and 1967. With his strategic vision and leadership, Shelby helped steer the team to remarkable success, culminating in a legendary 1-2-3 finish against Ferrari in 1966, which remains one of the most celebrated moments in racing history.
