1965 Cobra Superformance MKIII 427SC
Superformance MKIII Cobra 427SC SP01201 is painted in a deep high gloss Jet Black. Finished with all chrome trim on headlights, turn signals, roll bar, and even the nickle-plated brass Windscreen frame. This MKIII has Clear Bra paint protection on the Rear Fenders. 15" Aluminum Pin Drive Wheels with grey painted centers with machined lip and wrapped in BFG Tires.
On the inside, SP01201 has period correct Smiths Gauges with a Lucas Ammeter Gauge. The doors are secured by original style carriage style latches. All openings, such as engine bay, trunk, and cockpit are wrapped around steel subframe for increased strength and support. Dash and Steel Framed Seats are wrapped in German Leather. The Seats are finished with period correct webbing for comfort and aesthetics.
All Superformance MKIII's feature a high performance aluminum radiator with twin electric fans that are thermostatically controlled. Also included this MKIII is a period correct oil cooler with shroud and fittings. All Superformance MKIII's come standard with aluminum Limited Slip Differentials and Power Disc 4 Piston Wilwood Brakes. The Suspension is brand new custom crafted coil-over suspension with double wishbone front and rear suspension.
Inside the Engine bay sits a Ford 351W making 437HP with Black Coated Valve Covers, Air Cleaner, and Expansion Tank. This engine is mated to Tremec 5 Speed Manual Transmission and the wheels are driven by a Limited Slip Differential. The Headers and Side Pipes are Ceramic Coated for Performance and Aesthetics.
