Superformance MKIII SP02591 is finished in Raven Black and like a traditional roadster, has no stripes. This classy black and chrome two-seater will shine bright at any show.
SP02591 is powered by a Roush 427SR, with MSD fuel injection and mated to a Tremec TKO 5-Speed transmission. Pumping out over 500 horsepower, has an under car rear exit exhaust and fitted with polished stainless steel dummy side pipes. This keeps the cobra sound and aesthetic without worrying about burning yourself (snake bite). Additional features include vinyl soft top, leather steering wheel.
All Superformance MKIII's come standard with a Limited Slip Differential and Power Disc 4 Piston Wilwood Brakes. Other options include the Bilstein coil-over shocks which provide a sporty ride while increasing the car's handling.
On the inside, SP02591 has period correct Smiths Gauges with a Lucas Ammeter Gauge in the period correct dash layout. The doors are secure by original style carriage style latches. All openings, such as engine bay, trunk, and cockpit are wrapped around the steel subframe for increased strength and support. The dash is wrapped in leather, as is the steel framed seats with period correct webbing for comfort and aesthetics.
