1963 Shelby Cobra
The Sebring Cobras were built and finished in the liveries of four legendary Shelby American drivers - Dan Gurney, Dave MacDonald, Allen Grant and Ken Miles. You can feel the spirit of these Shelby American driving legends each time you slip behind the wheel of CSX2707.
Only 15 Shelby Sebring Cobras were built and CSX2707 is one of only five in 1963 Dan Gurney livery. Built to honor the Le Mans and World Championship winner, the roadster is painted black with yellow stripes and white roundels just like the small block Shelby Cobra driven by Gurney at Sebring in 1963.
Under the hood, a Numbers matching Aluminum Shelby Engine Company 364 c.i.d. Ford V8 churns out 500HP. Topped by quadruple Weber Carburetors, the motor is mated to a 5 speed Tremec TKO transmission.
Shelby Cobra CSX2707 is eligible for the official Shelby American Worldwide Registry. Documentation includes the original Build Sheet and a copy of the Certificate of Origin.
