Overview
1965 Shelby Cobra
Over sixty years ago, proud Texan Carroll Shelby took the sharp handling, lightweight AC Ace from Britain, and stuffed it full of American muscle. The result was the Shelby Cobra. The prices of these original Shelby Cobra puts it out of the reach of the average enthusiast. Also, most kits leave much to be desired in regards to fit, finish, feel, and value.
The Superformance MKIII, however, is a meticulously engineered and crafted reproduction of the original, built under license from Carroll Shelby Licensing Inc. No expense is spared and no corners are cut in recreating these legendary cars, ensuring an authentic sports car experience. Superformance uses only the highest quality new parts in the construction of the MKIII, they have always maintained amazingly high resale values, and are known in the industry for their track ready drivability, and their show ready finish.
SP03827 is a robust model of what a Superformance MKIII is known to be. Painted in deep Ferrari Grigio Silverstone with Black Le Mans Stripes and finished with Polished and Chrome accents and Black coated 15" Halibrand Style Wheels, SP03827 is powered by a Blueprint Engines 427 Windsor Crate Engine making 540HP. It is mated to a Tremec TKX 5 Speed Manual Transmission.
SP03827 is a brand new demo and is available for $129,950 and is sold on a Superformance Manufacture's Statement of Origin (MSO).
